Our Italy story started with Caroline's own wedding at Castello del Trebbio, an incredible 800-year-old castle tucked into the hills of Tuscany.

After experiencing the magic of celebrating there with family and friends, we knew we wanted to help other couples create that same kind of experience. Not just a beautiful wedding day, but an unforgettable few days spent together in one of the most breathtaking places in the world.

Today, through our partnership with Castello del Trebbio, we're able to help couples plan intimate destination weddings in Tuscany while having support from a team that knows the venue firsthand. From welcome dinners and wine tastings to your wedding day itself, we'll be there to guide the process and help bring your vision to life.

    We help coordinate the key details and connections needed to bring your celebration together, and every wedding is tailored based on your guest count and vision.

  • No! Most couples plan everything from the U.S. While visiting beforehand can be helpful for some, it’s not required. We’ll help guide decisions and keep the process simple so you don’t feel like you need to travel back and forth to make things happen.

  • Yes, many guests are able to stay on-site at the castle, which makes for a true wedding weekend experience. We’ll walk you through accommodation options and help you understand what works best based on your guest list and plans.

  • Our all-inclusive Italy weddings typically begin at 30 guests. For smaller celebrations, Castello del Trebbio also offers Ă  la carte options that can be customized depending on your vision!
