  • Wedding Day Assistant

    Our Wedding Day Assistants help bring each celebration to life. From setting up décor and greeting guests to supporting our coordinators throughout the day, this role is perfect for someone who is organized, energetic, and enjoys working behind the scenes.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with wedding setup and teardown

    • Style décor and personal details

    • Help guide guests and answer questions

    • Support timeline execution

    • Assist coordinators and vendors throughout the event

  • Our Lead Coordinators oversee wedding day logistics and serve as the primary point of contact for couples, vendors, and guests.
