No! Most couples plan everything from the U.S. While visiting beforehand can be helpful for some, it’s not required. We’ll help guide decisions and keep the process simple so you don’t feel like you need to travel back and forth to make things happen.

Yes, many guests are able to stay on-site at the castle, which makes for a true wedding weekend experience. We’ll walk you through accommodation options and help you understand what works best based on your guest list and plans.

Our all-inclusive Italy weddings typically begin at 30 guests. For smaller celebrations, Castello del Trebbio also offers à la carte options that can be customized depending on your vision!

A signed contract and retainer secure your date. The remaining balance is divided into scheduled payments leading up to your wedding. We'll go over all of the details during the booking process so there are no surprises 🙌
